General
- Why Messiah?
Messiah means the One, the leader of a particular group or cause - exactly who we want to be to our loyal customers. Our values of integrity, hard work and dedication are more than just our brands mission statement, it's a lifestyle

- Do you have a store I can collect my order from?
We are solely online at this stage, but will we have a store in future? You’ll have to wait and see… 

- Do you do gym visits?
Yes! We have a number of gyms and health centres surrounding the Perth area that we visit, ranging from Rockingham all the way to Geraldton. We can be contacted via email for visits to be arranged; contact@messiahsupplements.com

Orders
- How do I make an order?
1. When viewing an item online, a small text box on the right of the screen will give you the option to ‘Add to cart’
2. You can then pick your flavour, size and quantity, add it and proceed to the check out or continue shopping
3. Once at your cart, you’ll be able to see your order details
4. You’ll then be asked for your shipping and payment details with an order confirmation sent to your email once complete

- What happens when I make an order?
1. Once your order is completed online, the shipping team will then be notified of your request
2. They will then fulfil your order and a confirmation will be sent to you
3. Processing and handling will then take place between 1-2 days
4. Your order will then be shipped either by deliverers Sendle, Australia Post or by one of the Messiah Team members personally, with a tracking number sent to you if included. Please note local deliveries surrounding the Messiah HQ will not include a tracking number

- I haven’t received my order confirmation?
In this rare instance, please contact Messiah Supplements at contact@messiahsupplements.com and we will troubleshoot any issues present. Please note, confirmation of your order will be instant, whilst fulfilment and tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours due to location and time of orders placed 


- Part of my order has not arrived?
If you have made an order that is larger then our satchels can carry, the second part of your order will be sent in a different package. If you have still not received the second half of your order within a week, please contact Messiah Supplements at contact@messiahsupplements.com. Your invoice will say Parcel X of Order # so you can automatically see if your parcel contains your complete order

- Can I buy stock from a gym visit?
Absolutely! We will always let you know which gym we are visiting, at which time, and with which supplements so that you can make a purchase if you are in the area. Not bringing the product you're after? Email us and we'll be sure to bring one especially for you! Pleas note we do not accept cash, but do have ApplePay facilities 

- What if I am not home when my order arrives?
No problem! We do not require signatures on home deliveries and our couriers will always leave your parcel in a secure and safe location. See T&Cs for more information

- There’s a problem with my order?
Please see our returns and refund procedure located in our Terms and Conditions

Payment
- What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept all forms of payment options compatible with Shopify, as well as Afterpay and Paypal. We also have ApplePay facilities available when making direct purchases in person

- There’s a problem with my payment?
In the event this may occur, please check with your bank account if you are having trouble with your payment going through. If you are still experiencing problems, wait 12 hours before re-trying your order. You will be notified of your order confirmation when your payment has gone through. Furthermore, a technician from Messiah Supplements will email you to communicate if troubleshooting is needed on their end

Shipping
- How do you send my order?
We send your order using couriers Sendle, Australia Post or it is personally delivered by one of the Messiah Supplements team, if based closely to our HQ

- How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes upto 1-3 business days, depending on the time and day you placed your order. Please note orders placed for delivery in rural areas may experience a longer waiting period. Please read our Terms and Conditions page for more information

- Can I track my order?
Yes! You can find your tracking number on your confirmation email, unless your order is being delivered by a member of staff, in which case delivery is ensured within 24 hours

Safety
- Do I have to ask my Doctor before taking supplements?
We highly recommend seeking medical advice before taking any new supplement product or undergoing any new training program, especially if an individual is pregnant or has another medical condition of any sort, mentally or physically. Messiah Supplements holds no responsibility for the misuse of products sold, and/or harm caused by any product sold from this site. Please see our Ts&Cs for more information
